This cake is located inside, and blocked by window shades, which was rather disappointing.
The Urban League of St. Louis began as a civil rights organization in 1918, to help deal with growing racial tensions and improve living conditions of African Americans in St. Louis. Since the organization has begun, they continue to help African Americans of St. Louis economically and deal with family, social, and educational values.
