Located in the Loop, this was the first of many cakes we found along Delmar on the 22nd.
We had just finished purchasing my husband a bike across the street and decided we would walk up and down Delmar to cross a few more cakes off the list. It was another warm day, so we had three cakes on the extreme ends of the Loop that we determined we would have to come back for on a different day.
Regional Arts Commission was established in 1985 to help promote art in St. Louis City and County and to help economic growth in the area.
