On this day we had a teacher in-service workshop held in Washington, Missouri. Lucky for me, this gave me a chance to get a picture of one of the further away cakes on the list.
The Washington Historical Society began in 1959 and works to preserve the history of Washington. The cake is decorated with grapes to show how important the wine industry is to Washington. It is said to be part of Missouri's Wine Country.
